Answer-2: Please ensure below are followed from OID perspective.

1. First OID/DIP must be installed with all certified version of JDK, WLS, Oracle DB for OID etc

2. Then once OID is up and running, using the DIP component synchronization from AD to OID can be setup using below article as a reference.

2.1 Ensure certified AD is used with OID/DIP per above certification matrix link.

2.2 Then using below article setup AD-OID synchronization.

3. Then external Authentication plugins must be set in OID for AD synchronized users.

4. Once the above is done and synchronization is working fine, then create a new SR to Oracle DB EUS team to setup sqlplus login for DB users via OID/LDAP.'
